Terms of Service

Effective July 2, 2026

the short version

This site describes our services; the real contract for any engagement is the written agreement we both sign. Submitting the form starts a conversation, not an obligation. Your code stays yours, what you share stays confidential, and Indian law governs.

These terms

By using fixier.co you agree to these terms. They cover the website and how service requests begin — not the engagements themselves, which are governed by their own written agreements.

Our services

Fixier provides production audits of software products, fixes for what an audit finds, and from-scratch builds. Everything on this site about scope, process, and turnaround is a description of how we generally work, not a binding offer. Fees and scope are agreed in writing per engagement before any work starts.

Requesting an audit

Submitting the audit-request form or booking a call creates no contract and no charge — it tells us you want to talk. An engagement exists only when we've both agreed to its scope and terms in writing. Either of us can walk away before that point.

What you confirm when you share access

When you send us a repository, a URL, credentials, or a description of your product, you confirm you have the right to share it — it's your project, or its owner has authorized you. Please don't send other people's personal data unless the engagement actually requires it.

Confidentiality

Everything you share with us about your product — code, architecture, credentials, the fact that you're in stealth — is treated as confidential, before and after any engagement. We use it only to evaluate and do the work. If you want a signed NDA first, email admin@fixier.co and we'll sort it before you send anything sensitive.

Intellectual property

Your code and your product remain yours, full stop. Ownership of engagement deliverables — reports, fixes, code we write for you — is set out in the engagement agreement. The content of this website is ours; don't republish it as your own.

Acceptable use

Don't abuse the site: no spamming the request form, probing or disrupting the infrastructure, or submitting content that's unlawful or that you have no right to share. The form is rate-limited and abusive submissions are discarded.

What we don't promise

The website is provided as-is. In plain English: an audit is a professional, systematic review that materially reduces risk — it is not a guarantee that every defect will be found or that your product will never fail. No security review anywhere can honestly promise that, and we won't pretend otherwise. Specific commitments for an engagement live in its agreement.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from the website or an engagement is capped at the fees you actually paid us for that engagement, and neither of us is liable to the other for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing here limits liability that Indian law does not allow to be limited.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes belong to the courts of India. An engagement agreement may specify a seat and forum; where it does, that prevails.

Changes

If these terms change, the new version appears here with an updated effective date. Changes never apply retroactively to an engagement already agreed.
